President Trump on Tuesday trolled an ABC reporter for suggesting that the Trump Administration plans to target leftist activists’ free speech in the wake of the Charlie Kirk assassination.
Kirk’s murderer, identified as 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, was a radicalized leftist terrorist who was influenced by Antifa and the transgender movement.
Leftwing radicals are now celebrating the death of the late 31-year-old Turning Point USA founder, who died fighting for free speech and open dialogue, and calling for more violence against Trump supporters and even Kirk’s family.
President Trump and administration officials have said they plan to dismantle the leftwing terrorist networks that are responsible for Kirk’s death and inciting other instances of violence.
Stephen Miller stated that “every resource we have at the Department of Justice, Homeland Security, and throughout this government” will be used to “identify, disrupt, dismantle, and destroy these networks and make America safe again for the American people.” President Trump also told reporters on Monday that he is “100%” willing to designate violent radical leftwing groups, including Antifa, as domestic terrorist organizations.
Pam Bondi has come under fire for outlining her plans to prosecute incitement by implying that certain “hate speech” does not fall under the free speech protections in the Constitution during an appearance on “The Katie Miller Podcast.”
Clearly, she wasn’t talking about the so-called hate speech that the left wants to ban, such as saying that black people commit more crimes than White people or that transgender people are mentally ill.
Still, Bondi said, using poorly chosen words, “We will absolutely target you, go after you, if you are targeting anyone with hate speech.”

Bondi clarified in a lengthy X post that “Hate speech that crosses the line into threats of violence is NOT protected by the First Amendment. It’s a crime.”
“You cannot call for someone’s murder. You cannot swat a Member of Congress. You cannot dox a conservative family and think it will be brushed off as “free speech.” These acts are punishable crimes, and every single threat will be met with the full force of the law,” she added.
Hate speech that crosses the line into threats of violence is NOT protected by the First Amendment. It’s a crime. For far too long, we’ve watched the radical left normalize threats, call for assassinations, and cheer on political violence. That era is over.

When pressed on the Bondi’s statements about targeting “hate speech,” Trump turned the tables on the reporter’s ridiculous question and teased him, saying, “they’ll probably go after people like you.”
“You have a lot of hate in your heart. Maybe they’ll come after ABC,” he said, noting that ABC settled with Trump for $15 million, plus $1 million to cover Trump’s attorneys’ fees, for defaming the President, which he called “a form of hate speech.”

Reporter: What do you think of Pam Bondi saying she’s going to go after hate speech? A lot of your allies say hate speech is free speech.
Trump: They’ll probably go after people like you because you treat me so unfairly. It’s hate. You have a lot of hate in your heart. Maybe they’ll come after ABC.
Reporter: Would that be apropriate?
Trump: Well, ABC paid me $16 million recently for a form of hate speech, right? Your company paid me $16 million for a form of hate speech. So, maybe they’ll have to go after you. Look, we want everything to be fair. It hasn’t been fair, and the radical left has done tremendous damage to the country, but we’re fixing it.
